A Philly native and Buffalo-based writer, editor and journalist, I help tell the stories of interesting people making a difference in our world.

My work has appeared in several local and national publications, including Life & Thyme, GO: AirTran Inflight Magazine, “Nickel City Chef: Buffalo’s Finest Chefs and Ingredients,” The Buffalo News, and Buffalo Spree Magazine. I've worked as managing editor of Artvoice, Buffalo's original newsweekly, and as a former section editor for At Buffalo, the University at Buffalo's award-winning alumni magazine. I helped launch Buffalo's first Dining Out for Life events, have written columns on local food and farming in Western New York and am currently on the board of Gardens Buffalo Niagara, a gardening advocacy nonprofit that runs America's largest self-guided garden tour, Garden Walk Buffalo.
